Mapishi ya Biriani la nyama ya ng'ombe



Mahitaji

  • Nyama ya ng'ombe (beef 1/2 kilo)
  • Mchele (rice 1/2 kilo)
  • Vitunguu (onion 2)
  • Viazi (potato 2)
  • Vitunguu swaum (garlic 3 cloves)
  • Tangawizi (ginger)
  • Nyanya ya kopo (tomato 1/2 ya tin)
  • Curry powder (1/2 kijiko cha chai)
  • Binzari nyembamba ya kusaga (cumin 1/2 kijiko cha chai)
  • Binzari manjano (tarmaric 1/2 kijiko cha chai)
  • Mafuta (vegetable oil)
  • Chumvi (salt)
  • Rangi ya chakula (food colour)
  • Giligilani (fresh coriander)
  • Maziwa ya mgando (yogurt kikombe 1 cha chai)
  • Hiliki nzima (cardamon 3cloves)
  • Karafuu (clove 3)
  • Pilipili mtama nzima (black pepper 5)
  • Amdalasini (cinamon stick 1)
Matayarisho
Katakata nyama kisha ioshe na uiweke kwenye sufuria kisha tia kitunguu swaum, tangawizi, nyanya, curry powder, binzari zote, chumvi na maziwa ya mgando kisha bandika jikoni ichemke mpaka nyama iive na mchuzi ubakie kidogo.Baada ya hapo kaanga viazi na uweke pembeni, kisha kaanga vitunguu na mafuta mpaka viwe ya brown na kisha uvitie viazi vitunguu, na mafuta yake katika nyama. Koroga na uache uchemke kidogo kisha ipua na utie fresh coriander iliyokatwa na hapo mchuzi wako utakuwa tayari.
Baada ya hapo loweka mchele wako kwa muda wa dakika 10, kisha chemsha maji yatie chumvi, hiliki, karafuu, pilipili mtama na abdalasin na mafuta. Yakisha chemka tia mchele na uache uchemke mpaka ukauke maji yakisha kauka tia rangi ya chakula na uanze kugeuza ili ichanganyike na wali wote. Baada ya hapo ufunike na uache mpaka uive. Na baada ya hapo biriani litakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa.

    Looking at the ingredients, I think this is a costly dish, so maybe your site and any visitor here who can point the rest of us on where to get these ingredients would be really helpful. Labda wajasiriamali wetu wanaweza kuona hapa pana biashara.
    btw, asking on behalf of UK folks, reading, London, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Salford etc.

  2. Mdau hapo juu uko sawa ina-cost ndio maana biriani inapikwagwa siku za sherehe na sikukuu. Mimi nipo London na ingredient zote hapo juu nazipata kwenye supermarket, Kama supermarket za maeneo yako haupati hizo nenda katika maduka ya wahindi, Cash&Carry na maduka ya west africans utapata zote.

  3. cinamon stick kwenye kichupa cha "shake IT" @ £2.35, Pia nishaona vanilla pods, labda zilikuwa tano hwenye kichupa, eti £2.50 najiuliza, hawa watu wana akili nini? There ought to be a "real" value in the item they sell, not just because it is a foreign thing.
    I miss sokoni magomeni mapipa, issue hii ingekuwa sorted bila taabu...

  4. Ni kweli ingredient zinapatikana supermarket za UK mimi na shop Tesco au Asda kwenye aile ya 'world food' sio ailes za wazungu ndio kama bei alizotaja mdau hapo juu. Pia na shop spices nyingine market kwenye maduka ya wahindi utapata spice zote bei poa.

    Inatubidi tuangalie budget zetu huku nje vitu bei kubwa ukilinganisha na nyumbabi.

    Asante wadu wote kwa uchangiaji wenu.

  5. WEE MPISHI WA BIRIANI ACHA UZUSHI WA KUDANGANYA WATU....ila nashangaa wadau wote wanne wa mwanzo wamekubali bila kuhoji......Tangu lini maziwa ya mgando yakachanganywa kwenye mchanganyiko wa nyama mbichi JAMANI?!.....Hapa umechemsha kabisa!!!

  6. Mie nafikiri hapo mpishi atakuwa amekosea jinsi ya kupanga ilitakiwa nyama iwe iliyoiva ndio unaweza kuweka nyanya na maziwa ya mgando mbichi hapana kama umesau unaweza uandika tena jinsi ya kupika maana kuna wengine hawajui wanaweza kupika hivyohivyo

  7. Kuhusu biriani hili halijakosewa kitu chochote, nyama inatakiwa iwe mbichi nauchanganya pamoja na maziwa mgando, nyanya na vitu vyote vilivyo orodheshwa hapo na unaipika mpaka nyama iive. Nazani kama waswahili tusemavyo MCHELE MMOJA LAKINI MAPISHI MBALIMBALI. Na hiyo ndo style yangu ninayoitumia kupika biriani na linatoka bomba.idea ya blog hii ni ku-share recipe, Kwa hiyo kama mtu mwingine anapika tofauti naninavyopika, anaruhusiwa kunitumia recipe zake ili niweze kuzi publish ili wadau wote wafaidike kwa kujua jinsi nyingine ya kupika.
